CDM Rentals was founded nearly fifteen years ago to provide an alternative home-ownership opportunity to individuals and families around the City of Des Moines and neighboring suburbs. We continue operating today with the same program and values as when we were founded. We specialize in leasing & rentals, purchase options, and contract sales.
We are a small, local company, currently managing around seventy homes across the City of Des Moines and greater metro area. We focus on providing wonderful homes in great neighborhoods and outstanding service. We pride ourselves on our long-term clients and low turn-over.
