Do you Have any homes available?
Homes move quickly in the program, with typical homes available for less than two weeks before being matched with a client. There is limited advertising required for our homes. Clients with an approved application, or those on our mailing list, will receive a "heads-up" email before a new home is released and marketed more widely.
Do you have any homes in a particular location?
We have homes in every suburb around the greater Des Moines metro area. However, most likely they are happily occupied and currently not available for leasing.
If you are in need of a particular area, please contact us. CDM Rentals will attempt to accommodate requests in a certain area as best as we can. However, we cannot guarantee if, or when, we will have available homes in any given area. You may also sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
YES! We are very pet friendly - they're part of the family! Our standard lease does specify no more than two pets, unless agreed otherwise. We do not require any pet deposit, and our monthly fee is just $35 per pet.
Also, please abide by any covenants, HOA restrictions, and local ordinances. If you have a 'dangerous breed', please let us know so we can ensure that they are allowed in your neighborhood. Finally, we strongly recommend excess insurance & liability coverage for your dog. Accidents & misunderstandings can happen, and it is a wise idea to be prepared for those situations, just in case.

How often do you have a new home available?
We are very proud of our low client turnover in our homes. However, we typically have one new home per month become available. We will share the new home to clients with an approved application. Then, we will send out a "heads-up" e-mail to the subscribers on our mailing list. If it is not leased within this first week, we will market it more broadly on Craigslist, Zillow, etc.
Will you buy my house?
Yes! We do have a somewhat strict criteria for our direct purchases. However, if we aren't able to help, we have a wide network of fantastic individuals & companies, and we can work with you to find a solution.
